The correct ball pressure can be found printed on all balls, and an inflation chart is available on the website under our 'Technical' section. 

ATTENTION- When inflating a ball with a pump or using a pressure gauge, it is critical that the needle be lubricated before insertion.

We suggest soft soap would be a suitable substance.
